Russian Kings
The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge had a busy Autumn preparing for a number of engagements over the Christmas period.

As well as the usual Carols from Kings for BBC TV (broadcast internationally), they also made a simultaneous live recording for EMI which will be released in time for next Christmas. This Spring sees concerts in Frankfurt, Dublin and Paris, including the first ever concert in the main hall of the Musée d’Orsay.

The Choir’s latest recording for EMI of Rachmaninov's Vespers has just been released and was launched with a performance in the King’s College Chapel in mid-March attended by dignitaries including Mikhael Gorbachov, members of the College and critics. The Vespers entered the top 10 of the Classical charts in its first week of release. The Choir gave another performance in London at St. John’s, Smith Square in April.
